Join us on Fridays as we adventure to exciting locations.
- Trips open to 6 year-olds and older.
- Pre-registration required. Register at least one week before trip start date or until trip fills.
- Extended Care available from 7:45am and until 5:30pm for an additional $8. Please select the option during registration.
- Drop-off and pick-up at Autumn Grove Park Building at Lydia and Hamline
- Please arrive at the time listed to allow for check-in and trip prep so everyone is ready to go when the bus arrives.
- Return times are approximate, due to traffic and other issues outside our control, please be prompt to stated return time when picking up your child.

Who is ready to visit the wildest place in the Twin Cities? There are endless opportunities for exploration and fun at the Minnesota Zoo. We can walk the Northern Trail surrounded by caribou, bison, gazelle and so many more animals! Venture through the Minnesota Trail seeing some of Minnesota’s natural wildlife up close and personal! With animals to suit almost everyone’s interest, be prepared to be amazed by sights such as the impressive Amur Tiger or the graceful Bald Eagle. Don’t forget to pack a bag lunch!

Join us for a fun day as we go to Wild Mountain in Taylor’s Falls, MN! If you are ready to get wet they have several large waterslides, a lazy river, and other fun attractions to use. If you want to stay dry you can enjoy the Go-Karts, or take the chairlift to the top of the mountain and wind down the 1700’ long Alpine Slide track back down to the bottom. Please bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen and a bag lunch/money for concessions.
Mall of America: MN Sea Life Aquarium & Nickelodeon Universe

Imagine traveling through 300 feet of ocean tunnel where sharks, stingrays & giant sea turtles swim so close, you’ll feel like you can reach out & touch them! Join us as we explore Minnesota Sea Life Aquarium at the Mall of America. Not only will we be able to walk around the biggest mall in the USA, we will also have some fun at Nickelodeon Universe. Hop on the Fairly Odd Coaster or take a ride on SpongeBob Squarepants Rock Bottom Plunge. Whichever rides you choose you will have a blast! Please bring a bag lunch.

From flips and dips to a 200-foot drop, there is excitement galore on Valleyfair’s seven thrilling roller coasters, including Steel Venom, an impulse coaster with a twist! Don’t miss Power Tower - 275 feet of extreme scream! For those looking for relaxed thrills, the park offers a myriad of magical delights. There’s something for everyone at Valleyfair! All rides inside the park are included in admission, including the water rides. We will not be visiting Challenge Go Cart Park. Bring money for concessions, swimsuit, towel & sunscreen.

Visit the newly renovated MN Children’s Museum in St. Paul! It’s bigger, better & bolder with more exhibits, more amenities & so many new things to learn! After this we will be going to Zero Gravity in Mounds View & we will spend time jumping on trampolines, enjoying the foam pit, using the climbing wall & even playing dodgeball & basketball. Rosland Park & Edina Aquatic Center

Ahoy mates, get ready for an adventure over land & sea! We will start our day exploring Rosland Park in Edina. The park features a brand new playground, lots of play space & a nature path for exploring. After a quick break for lunch, we will walk to the Edina Aquatic Center. Their pirate-themed water park includes many unique attractions including pirate’s plunge & the shipwreck express. Please bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen & a bag lunch.
Conquer Ninja Warrior & Lake Elmo

Want to be America’s next Ninja Warrior? Join us at Conquer Ninja Warrior to build your skills. Learn how to use the obstacles while increasing strength & endurance, then enjoy exploring them on your own. We will finish the visit by competing like a real Ninja Warrior! After a quick break for a picnic lunch, we will finish the day at Lake Elmo Park Reserve. We will visit the destination playground exploring the slides, swings & tunnels. Then cool off swimming in the man-made, chlorinated lake. Please wear athletic clothes & shoes (w/socks), bring swimsuit, towel, sunscreen & a bag lunch.
Hyland Park & Big Thrill Factory

Get ready for a day full of thrills as we begin the day at Hyland Park (also known as chutes and ladders). We will explore the park & climb the hexagonal climbers that end with slides up to 50 feet long! After we climb, swing and hang, we will enjoy a picnic lunch before heading to the Big Thrill Factory. We will spend the afternoon playing in the kid’s fun factory, competing in the time challenge, jumping on the outdoor trampolines & climbing up the giant spider ladder. Please bring a bag lunch & wear shoes with socks.
Base Camp & the Fort @ Fort Snelling Park

Experience the Ultimate day of Adventure! We will start the day at Base Camp climbing their indoor wall molded from the bluffs at Taylor’s Falls. Our adventure will then take us to Riverside Woods of Fort Snelling to explore the historic Fort as it takes us back into time to the 1800 military outpost. Bring a bag lunch & closed toe shoes with socks.
