Minnesota State Statute 471.701 states “a city or county with a population of more than 15,000 must annually notify its residents of the positions and base salaries of its three highest-paid employees.”

For the City of Roseville, titles and salaries as of January 2023 are:

  • City Manager - $185,660.80
  • Assistant City Manager - $156,228.80 
  • Finance Director - $153,316.80
